Golf Trip Captain is currently in TestFlight. Include the app version and build, iPhone model, iOS version, the screen you were using and what happened. Do not include passwords, Apple sign-in codes or payment details.

Scores and shared rounds
Keep the app installed and preserve the affected trip. Refresh the shared round, check the exact hole and correct the authored scorecard. Avoid deleting or reinstalling the app as a first recovery step.
Purchases
TestFlight subscription purchases use Apple’s sandbox environment. Golf Trip Captain never asks for your Apple Account password. Use the in-app Restore Purchases action for an existing entitlement.
